Civil Defense Shelters
Civil defense shelters are subject to the Finnish Rescue Act and must be regularly inspected.
RTF Services performs civil defense shelter inspections for housing companies and large-scale industries. Inspections and pressure tests are always conducted as required by law and the shelter’s manufacturers.
During inspections, we ensure that the civil defence shelter is operational and in statutory condition. The shelter’s equipment and gear must be thoroughly inspected to determine their condition and operability.
We inspect and test e.g. the following:
- machinery
- drainage pipes
- ventilation
- doors, hatchways, and vents
- switchboards
